The Financial Planning Executive will work independently, using advanced skills gained through training and experience to provide proactive support to financial advisors and assist with efficient, quality client service.

Client Services Associate-Franklin

The Client Services Associate, under limited supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. This position follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. The Client Services Associate is required to routinely contact internal and external customers to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information while sustaining a professional image. This position will demonstrate the company values while supporting the mission.

Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant assists the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in support of business goals and growth by driving operational efficiencies in accounting and providing Management with timely financial reporting and analysis of financial results. This position has responsibility for daily and monthly processes related to general ledger accounting, financial reporting, business expense reporting, compensation, and budgeting.

Financial Associate - Frisco

The Financial Associate must be committed to complete the two-year Mentorship Training Program under a senior level Advisor to learn the Financial Services Industry. This position requires the ability to work hard, study hard and be coachable throughout the program. This position will be responsible for learning all aspects of the business including administrative, planning, practice management, prospecting and sales skills that are key success factors in the Financial Services Industry. This position will report to the Senior Level Advisor. This position works with integrity and confidentiality and provides excellent customer service to team members while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
