Jacy’s background in mortgage and property management instilled in her a deep understanding of complex processes and an ability to navigate them with precision. She excels at providing clear communication, anticipating client needs, and resolving inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor. Beyond technical expertise, Jacy values meeting new people and building relationships with clients.

Jacy’s dedication extends beyond the office. As a Division 1 Cross Country and Track athlete at Liberty University, she developed an unwavering discipline. She remains an active distance runner, fostering connections with others in the community through her participation in various running clubs throughout Nashville. 

Jacy’s commitment to service also manifests in her active role on the Welcome & Hospitality Team at her church, where she utilizes her organizational skills and people skills to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. In her personal time, Jacy enjoys a multifaceted life filled with music, hiking, culinary explorations, reading, and spending time with friends.

Daniel grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended Belhaven University in Jackson, MS, where he studied Business Administration. Daniel is married to Abby, and they have two children, Gia and Henry. Outside of work, they enjoy spending their time with family, exploring local parks, and occasionally playing a high-stakes game of Wii Tennis.

Cathy has many years of experience in various office environments and before joining Michael’s team was most recently the National Tradeshow and Conference Manager for Landis+Gyr, an energy management company and a subsidiary of the Toshiba Corporation, where she worked for 16 years.

In 2015 Cathy and her husband, Bob, relocated to Nashville from Brainerd, MN where they resided for 20+ years. They have three adult sons and are devoted Green Bay Packer fans. Outside of work Cathy is an active member of her church, and enjoys traveling, reading, and biking.

Kevin grew up in Knoxville, TN and he attended the University of Tennessee, where he majored in Business Administration. Kevin and his wife, Katie, planted roots in Nashville in 2015 after living all over the Southeast and in Berlin, Germany.

Kevin and his wife have one daughter, Izzy James. Kevin and Katie contribute much of their time to YoungLife in the Nashville area where Katie is on full time staff. Kevin enjoys spending much of his time with his family, traveling, hiking and anything involving sports.
