Originally from Massachusetts, Erin brings a diverse background to her role, having graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Psychology. Her experience in field hockey and golf during her academic years underscores her dedication to teamwork and precision.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Erin finds joy in hosting gatherings, indulging her passion for interior design, and exploring the outdoors through activities like fly fishing. She cherishes the warmth of New England summers with her husband, Sean, and their charcoal Labrador, Yeti.

Ryan is an accomplished Financial Advisor with over 10 years’ experience in the financial industry. He understands that each client is unique, and getting to know them and what makes them tick is the most important thing when establishing and executing any plan. Ryan specializes in helping his clients employ tax planning strategies, transfer wealth, effectively save for retirement and generate an income stream. What he enjoys most about working with clients is helping them realize what else they can accomplish once they become financially independent.

Ryan graduated from Utah State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Spanish. After working for a start-up company in Utah doing sales & marketing, he and his family moved to San Antonio, Texas where he started his financial career with JPMorgan Chase. He worked with the firm for 10 years in Texas then Colorado, both as a Banker and a Financial Advisor, before moving with his family to Dickson, TN in 2021.

Ryan is a self-proclaimed expert in marriage and parenting with over 14 and 12 years of experience respectively. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, coaching soccer, golfing, and writing and performing Country music around Nashville. He holds Series 7, 66, life, health, long-term care and annuity insurance licenses.

Mary Jeanette Rowlett grew up in Atlanta, but fell in love with middle Tennessee when she attended Vanderbilt. Mary Jeanette graduated with a B.S. in Geology, but she has gravitated towards accounting and human resources positions over the years. She met her husband through Young Life ministries, and they spent several years in California, Alabama and Georgia working for Young Life. She and her husband are now happily settled back into Franklin.

Jeff also serves on the board of Send Musicians to Prison, which shares hope, healing and restoration with the imprisoned through musicians & artists. Jeff actively supports other initiatives in the community by sitting on the board of The Signatry of Middle Tennessee and the Halftime Institute of Nashville.
