Client Services Associate – Frisco

Southwestern Investment Group is seeking an exceptional client services professional to support financial advisors and assist with efficient, quality client service. The position requires a self-motivated, positive professional with a strong desire to exceed expectations in supporting the growing teams. A successful candidate has exceptional attention to detail, is a great communicator and willing to work independently and as part of a team, has problem-solving skills, high standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and a superb work ethic.

The Client Services Associate, under limited supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. This position follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. The Client Services Associate/Administrative Assistant is required to routinely contact internal and external customers to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information while sustaining a professional image. This position will demonstrate the company values while supporting the mission.
