Joshua “Josh” Kreft is originally from Lake Zurich, Illinois a northwest suburb of Chicago. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Political Science from Northern Illinois University. After college, Josh started working for Provident Funding, but never saw his whole life in the Chicago/Chicagoland area and wanted a change.

In March 2012, the pieces fell into place, and Josh packed his car and moved to Nashville, Tennessee, his first-time visiting Music City ever. Since then, Josh has spent time in various industries such as insurance brokerage, mortgage, financial service, and health insurance trying to find his best fit. October 31, 2022 it all changed… Josh joined the Lange Wealth Team as the Client Service Associate and couldn’t be happier. Josh looks forward every day to serving clients and the team however he can.

When he is not in the office, Josh is leading touchdown chants for Bear Down Nashville, the largest gathering of Chicago Bears’ fans in the South, tailgating for Vanderbilt football games, reading, working out, exploring Nashville’s food scene, dog sitting, or attending service at Cross Point.

Robert brings a wealth of experience to the Lange Wealth Team, having dedicated his career to serving his clients as they reach their financial goals. Originally from New Orleans, he transitioned from a successful career in education to Wall Street, serving as VP for JPMorgan Chase. With a Master of Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans and post-graduate work at Cornell University, Robert holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses, alongside life, health, and annuity insurance licenses.

Passionate about comprehensive financial planning, Robert helps clients achieve goals in retirement, philanthropy, estate, and tax planning. His leadership style blends personal humility with a determination to serve a cause greater than oneself, aligning with the Lange Wealth Team, and SageSpring’s, core values.

Outside the office, Robert is active in his church, serving on the Core Team. Robert and his wife, Caleigh, share two children: Darcy Jo and Elodie Jane–and they just welcomed their newest family member: Loretta Lynn, a Goldendoodle puppy. Together, they enjoy watching sports, spending quality time together, and exploring their new community. Robert’s commitment to financial excellence and community service makes him a valuable asset to the Lange Wealth Team.

Steve provides Investment and Financial Planning. His specialty is providing sound, conservative, confidential, and comprehensive investment advice to clients in order to help them effectively and efficiently save for retirement, minimize tax liability, and transfer their wealth. Steve holds his Series 7, Series 66, and life/health insurance licenses. Steve works with clients through portfolio analysis and truly understanding their goals and objectives to put together a framework to help them meet their financial goals and objectives.

Steve is originally from Dayton, Ohio and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky. Steve worked for the Southwestern Company for eight years, starting in his early college years and was a financial advisor with Edward Jones for four years before joining SageSpring Wealth Partners in 2012.

Steve is married to Amanda, and they have a daughter, Anna. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching college basketball and football, and are very involved with their church, where Steve currently serves as a Deacon.

Jeff Dobyns is President and Founder of SageSpring Wealth Partners. Passionate about serving his clients, he strives to truly get to know them, understand their goals, and provide them with financial confidence before developing and executing ongoing, strategic financial plans. 

In order to meet the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the industry, Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a participant of the Dave Ramsey SmartVestor referral service program.

Jeff has held executive positions with financial planning firms for more than two decades. He served as VP of Investments of Lykins Financial Group CPAs before founding SageSpring in 2002. Jeff has been recognized for his unwavering commitment to his clients, and as a leader among Raymond James financial advisors, earning membership in Raymond James Chairman’s Council every year since 2008.

Jeff devotes considerable time and resources to a number of causes. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Men of Valor, a prison ministry and mentoring program. He is on the advisory board of The Signatry of Middle Tennessee, which works with families to increase their charitable giving to their favorite causes, as well as the advisory board for Halftime Institute of Nashville, an organization that coaches marketplace leaders to discern and engage in their life purpose. Jeff also serves on the board of Send Musicians to Prison, which shares hope, healing and restoration with the imprisoned through musicians & artists. He is a past board member of Porter’s Call, a Nashville charity that provides free counseling for musicians and their families, and the Martha O’Bryan Center, which empowers those in poverty to transform their lives through work, education, employment, and fellowship.

Jeff and his wife, Amy, are grateful to be raising their four children, Gracyn, Hunter, and twins Tanner and Logan at Christ Presbyterian Academy. Jeff enjoys being outdoors with his family- boating, hiking, skiing, hunting and fishing.
